Terms and Conditions

Entering / Leaving our Space

You and your guests are asked to respect our nearby residents by being quiet when entering or leaving our spaces, or while in the surrounding area.

Bills

All bills must be settled in full before leaving the space. You are responsible for your guests’ bills if they are not paid and may face suspension if such unpaid bills are not settled promptly.
 

Food and Beverages

Please refrain from bringing any outside food or beverages to any of our spaces, unless medically necessary.

Animals

No animals will be allowed in our spaces with the exception of assistance dogs.

Children

All our spaces are designed for adults, but aim to be child-friendly. Please be considerate of others when you bring any children with you and ensure they are not left unattended at any time. Please remember that your children are your responsibility at all times when present in our spaces and if you are a member, they count as part of your guest allowance.

 

Illegal drugs / Substances / Items

You or your guest shall not purchase, use, ingest, possess, sell or otherwise distribute illegal drugs or other substances, or attempt to do any of the same from any member or guest, or shall ask any Inochi staff for illegal drugs or other substances while in our spaces or nearby. If any of the actions above prove true, the relevant individual and/ or guest will be removed and the account in question will be terminated. Depending on the circumstances, we may call the police or inform the relevant authorities. 
 

Smoking Policy

You and your guests are obligated to abide by the smoking policy that’s in effect in our spaces, and to all applicable no-smoking governmental laws, rules and regulations. No smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is allowed inside any of our spaces at any time. Inochi reserves the right to prohibit or limit smoking in any area of our premises at any time at its sole discretion. Inochi reserves the right to designate certain outside areas of our premises as smoking areas and to change the location of such areas at any time. However, you are requested to respect other guests and refrain from smoking when requested to do so.
 

Use of Cafe Equipment 

You must not use any equipment or teaware at Inochi unless you are competent to do so in a safe and proper manner. When handling our coffee and tea ware you are expected to do so with respect of the craft, yourself and those around you. You must take care to safeguard your own health and safety and that of other people. 

Inochi Environment

Inochi is designed to be a regulating, upscale space. Guests should be mindful of their demeanor when at Inochi and how they dress in order to maintain this intentional environment.  
 

Private Hire and Maintenance 

Inochi may at times, with or without notice, close all or part of the teahouse to guests for private events or for necessary maintenance, repair or redecoration work. We will seek to ensure that any such area, facility or service is reinstated as soon as practicable. 


Privacy and Data 

Your Personal Information

We will use the personal information you provide us in connection with your membership or Toast rewards in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

Inochi management and all staff members are required to adhere to the strictest confidentiality standards, and pledge to maintain all records and personal information concerning the members and their guests in the strictest confidence.

Inochi Media 

While you are a guest at Inochi, we may ask you to give your views of, and experiences at, Inochi. We may also film, video or photograph guests in the teahouse for use in our membership programs, as well as advertising, promotions, public relations, and other commercial/business purposes. If you take part in these interviews or events, you agree to us using your name, image and limited other information. You also consent to us publishing any materials produced by, or for, us for any purpose without your further consent, and you waive your right to receive any payment from us in connection with such publication. When we host events that we are recording, we will endeavor to display signs to make this clear to guests.

 

Safety and Security 

Accidents and Injuries

We want all our guests to relax and enjoy the offerings at Inochi. Guests agree to observe the rules and policies of Inochi and any signs published or displayed at Inochi at any time. If a guest has an accident or suffers any injury at, or in the vicinity of, Inochi please report this as soon as possible to an Inochi staff member. As well as making our guests’ wellbeing a priority, this information is needed in order to help us comply with our health and safety obligations and for insurance purposes.

Liability of Inochi 

All items brought into and/or left in the teahouse are entirely at the risk of the guest. Inochi, its servants and/or agents shall not be liable to a guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property howsoever caused, save in respect of death or personal injury to a guest to the extent caused by the gross negligence of Inochi, its servants and/or agents. This is not intended to affect any mandatory rights a guest may have under local law that we cannot legally restrict or exclude.
